The Single Leg Parlay boys are back, kicking off the season with our first article of free picks for (American) football. This year each of us will be dropping our own picks on our preferred platforms as we get them ready. You'll find my (Andy's) Week 1 picks below, but be sure to follow me on TikTok (@SingleLegParlay.Andy) for last-minute plays that won't make it to print!

If you're ready for the free picks scroll ahead, but for anybody who's new this season, let’s go over who we are. Single Leg Parlay (formerly ChuggieBets) is a sports betting collective of winning sports bettors who have been sharing picks and strategies internally for decades. We began sharing publicly on TikTok during the pandemic and launched a podcast for the 2022 football season (available on YouTube or wherever you get your podcasts), adding written articles on Substack and at www.singlelegparlay.com in 2024.

Here are my records for the three seasons we’ve been tracking on the podcast:

2022: 71-51-3 (.568)

2023: 149-137-3 (.521)

2024: 136-134 (.504)

That 2022 season is still keeping the lights on, but obviously there's a downward trend here and, while I don’t love it, it's well within the norm. You have to expect down years when you do this and we'll bounce back, just as we've done many times over the years. And honestly, if we pay the vig and watch a whole bunch of football, aren’t we still winners?

• I believe there’s value at these numbers, but if the number has moved, the value is probably gone. Don’t chase a bad number
